Chiar si in acest moment! Starea de bine, sa nu o numim chiar fericire ( ea fiind ceva mult mai complex), este o stare ce devine mai buna prin perseverenta. Noi TREBUIE sa invatam cum sa fim ok, sa aflam ce nu ne face bine, pentru a-l putea indeparta, dar cel mai important, sa actionam… in favoarea noastra, nu invers. Iar acest lucru cu siguranta nu va veni prin pesimism si ganduri negative!
